i wish / been a struggle. a serious struggle. hit them with weights often. they dont always show as much as id like them to, not developed enough. early years of neglecting them, as alot of theories of "not having to work them" that exist. I followed this philosophy, to my initial low placings for years. hamstrings are number one bodypart needing improvement, but that wasnt realized until the competition got bigger, better, etc. Abs were always the Achilles, and even now are emphasized.Those are good abs. .

It's possible to have bed bugs, clean up the bed a few times and fumigate.
