Used to be an avid athlete, grappler and weight training, at 185lbs lean and cut at around 30 years of age....

Life took its turns and now many years later I want to give a shot, maybe the last shot, of getting back into shape and be able to grapple again :). Currently I weight 260lbs or so, mostly fat, and up to now not very motivated with all the weight and fat... no pics, too many tattoos.

Last week after a bit of an issue with a seller, I reached out to an old friend and he hooked my up with 10ml of Test E. I also found Domestic-supply, during the issue with the other seller, and placed an order for Test P, Test C, and PCT stuff....then order again from domestic-supply and got more Test P and Winstrol.

Last week I loaded up with Test E and Test P, total 900mg by end of week. Hit the gym the first day, not feeling too much, but made to the gym 3 times last week, and exercised at home one day. This week started on Winstrol and Test stack, 3rd day taking 50mg of Winstrol (love this thing)...

My plan going forward is to run Test E (til it finishes and then start on Test C) every 4 days, Test P in between the Test C, and Winstrol 50mg EOD. That is about 600mg-700mg of Test and 200mg-250mg of Winstrol per week. I am planning to run this for the next 7 weeks.

Yesterday and Today I feel VERY different.... of course, the mind effects of the gear, Jitteriness, and body heat... for sure since I overloaded first week, and beginning of this week, from many many years without anything.... BUT the positive is the drive I feel to workout and eat healthy, no need to push myself, keep finding myself planning my gym time first thing in the morning, and diet is being top shelf - veggies, chicken, fish, fruits, red meat, protein shakes, etc... no sugar and not carbs (maybe 2-3 wheat toasts).

I will keep coming here to this thread to update how things are....hopefully I will pick up the rhythm again.

Please feel free to give your suggestions, opinions, etc... I know I skipped some prep time and went straight to the gear, that was an attempt to get the motivation and so far it has been working.

Since you're just getting back into it, I would suggest you back off the gear a bit because high bodyfat +high amount of steroids = heart issues and organ issues. I'm not saying no test, more like this, let's redo the cycle.

week 1-3
300mgs testosterone per week, E/C is same, 150mon 150thur
25mgs winstrol ed split dose am/pm
10mgs aromasin per week, 1 dose ai anti e a must
7caps n2guard ed 3/4 split am/pm organ liver support

Wee 4-X, we can talk after about 2 weeks into this cycle.

If you go high Test with high bodyfat and no proper ais you'll just gain more bodyfat make more e2 esterogen. You need to work your work into the dose slower, we are here long term.

I like your suggestion a lot… doing that now as you suggested.

I wanted to get a boost up front, your suggestion now specially with lowering the test but increasing the winstrol frequency…

if thats the case we talking about a lower arimidex dose 0.25mgs eod

Sounds good….since 300mg, instead of doing test e/c twice a week, I am thinking for the next weeks to do test p eod 100mg, that is about 400mg week. What do you say?

Breakfast - 3 wheat toasts with butter. One serving of whey protein shake, one cup of coffee with two spoons of creamer

Gear today: 50mg Winstrol

Planned exercise: biceps and shoulders today then 20 pool laps for cardio.

on the breakfast we need to make changes please

remove toast and butter and change to steel cut oats (you can presoak them)
add the protein powder into the oats and eat

winstrol, I mentioned this in your other post, if you're injecting it, drink it

Coffee Creamer, Sugar Free, French Vanilla, 2 tbsp
Wheat Toast With Butter, 5 slice
Buffalo Style Chicken Breast, 5 slice
Wheat Toast W/Cream Cheese, 2 Slice
Eggs, 3 large
IGA 2% Milk - 2% Milk, 1 cup
Vanilla Ice Cream Gold Standard Whey Protein, 2 scoop

When it gets really tough, I always tell myself "you took the pill, you took the shot..." haha enhanced people are literally paying more than most, I love it tho

Hey brother… so, to get to the 300mg of test… before we agreed on the 300mg, I took 250mg of E this past Monday, then 100mg of P Wednesday…. So that is 350mg. Should I wait to Monday to start again?

I am swimming laps EOD, too heavy on my joints to run right now and had knee injuries and surgeries from grappling…

Last week I did a mix of exercises for about 45-60 minutes….3 days.

This week I am on day 4 of 70-90 minutes plus laps. Aiming for 5 days. The gear is really really helping the motivation to exercise well and push myself.
 
Should mention, I had a big hernia surgery about 4 months ago…and put a mesh across my abs…so that is something I need to be aware as well…

Anyone here have had hernia surgery with mesh to share their experience?
 
Great day so far.... took off from work and did 70 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of easy laps in the pool just to keep the heart going slow..

Gear: 50mg of Winny injection.... I tried drinking but holly smokes, tastes horrible. I will keep shooting til I get my order from NapsGear with tablets (if I ever get that)....

Breakfast:
  • 2 cups of cheerios with a cup of milk 2%
  • One serving of protein shake
  • Cup of coffee with cream (zero sugar cream)

Lunch:
  • Two big tilapia filets with lots of veggies and feta cheese

Dinner:
  • One serving of protein shake
  • One protein bar

@brazooka since you already hit the dose, no issues, lets start monday fresh up bro :)
 
Way too many carbs. U should be under 100 grams per day. Get rid of all the bread. I would also change the winny over to NPP at a low dose as it will help your joints.
I disagree here @RoidRage69 he should stay on winstrol for now
but adding +50mgs npp could help his joints

@brazooka part of changing your body is taking things you dont like and doing things you dont like. Injecting winstrol is a bad idea for you as it's going to cause possible issues long term that you dont need. You should drink it, mix it with lemon juice or some other juice no sugar and drink, like sugar free red bull etc. And you need to take stanazolol ED not eod so eod injections not an option. As well you would need IM injections which would cause swelling.

On the diet part, breakfast lets change the cereals to oatmeal steel cut and add a few walnuts.

dinner, thats fine but no health fats in there.

You need to add omega 3 healthy fats like fish oil to the mix and you need more fiber in the diet, you can add psyllium husk.

Please update diet more lets follow up on it.

not everybody reacts well to red meet some people are better off easing off of it
 
get rid of the junky food that's going to be the biggest thing you can do right now

Too much red meat I believe… I had diverticulitis about 2 years ago, got 8” of intestine removed. I was supposed to not to carry weight for 6 weeks but a week after my surgery my dog ate a tennis ball and I had to pick him up to get in my car to go to the vet….he weighs 240lbs.

After that it opened the internals and my guts started coming off through the muscles held only by my skin…I had a big lump on my belly on the side…. I delayed getting fixed til this year… too big for laparoscopy so they opened by 34 stitches I think, and put a mesh inside… it has been little over 4 months now.

Took my 50mg of winny, drank it this time.

Keeping up with eating healthy by following an app to keep my intake and nutrition facts….

I am trying to get into a diet that will work for me on the long terms with things I enjoy eating….no junk food though… I will give it a try in the app for a month.

Following my plan with the testosterone. First week I did 900mg, this week I sticking with 350mg which I had already done on the beginning and middle of week…. Monday I will start on 300mg week.

My plan for gear, thanks for the support and guidance here, will be 50mg of winny and 300mg of test of the next few weeks…til I am told to increase or decrease til my 8 weeks total.

I will post my meals later….not much changed there but keeping under the plan to loose 2lbs week not counting exercise.
 
Meals for the day. I stayed about 150 calories below my goal for the day. May goal for the day is planned on loosing 2lbs per week on food correction alone, without any exercising. My theory is that 2lbs week managing the food, then with the exercise and gear I would probably be around 3 lbs... we will see if my theory works out ... 😇

The lettuce wraps for dinner, I ate two out of the three on the picture....they were really good but I wasn't as hungry. Also, had a few drinks today and counted them as well.... looking forward to another day tomorrow - full body exercise and pool laps.

Pics below is actually lunch (eggs, turkey bacon, wheat toast with cream cheese), and dinner (lettuce wraps, steak, onions, shredded mozzarella, shredded carrots, peanuts sauce.

Also pics of all I ate today - EXCEPT, for dinner I ate 2/3 of what I listed and I have not had the late snack yet....

I've tried clients way bigger than you, so you're fine you'll get the results but we need to work on diet training and dedication :)

any cardio today?

but, the 2lbs/week goal, thats only going to be possible if we put you in a bigger fasted window like 16/8 and add more cardio (fasted and non fasted) otherwise it's going to be hard to drop that much bodyfat in a week

Hey guys...been a few days since last update. Today I am starting week #4. First 3 weeks I lost a but over 4lbs total and started seeing some muscles come out.

Diet is work well, I think.... I am usually around 500 calories deficit per day....working out 4 days per week.

This weekend my joints were really getting on me....even swimming (which I do for cardio) was bringing in a bit pain on my shoulder..... sooooooo, I came ask your advice...

For last two weeks I was doing 50mg / day, then started 100mg EOD. I am going to stop winny for two weeks and start taking Deca. My currently plan starting today is:

Test Cyp - 150mg every forth day.
Deca - 150mg every forth day.
Arimidex - .25mg EOD.

What do you say?

Hey guys...been a few days since last update. Today I am starting week #4. First 3 weeks I lost a but over 4lbs total and started seeing some muscles come out.

Diet is work well, I think.... I am usually around 500 calories deficit per day....working out 4 days per week.

This weekend my joints were really getting on me....even swimming (which I do for cardio) was bringing in a bit pain on my shoulder..... sooooooo, I came ask your advice...

@brazooka on the cycle just do mon/thur injections test/deca but cut the deca to 100/100 and test cyp 150/150 is fine

arimidex eod is a fine dose
but you need organ liver support like n2guard asap add it (https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/cycle-support/n2guard/)
