Yeah I start my mornings usually outside so my body is sweating like a waterfall than suddenly in the office so it’s always like wtf is this guy gonna do next 😂

I’m drinking close to 5 liters daily and taking electrolytes 🤷🏽‍♂️ sodium intake in food is quite low as well just a few pinches of salt during meal prep

I noticed you do Cardio before and after your workouts. Have you always done this or is this something you started because XYZ. Like it dropped fat faster or you had better endurance etc?

Today was the first day I did cardio before working out. Just wanted to ramp up the total calorie expenditure for the day while eating a little more calories. Once dropping below 10% body fat it’s really a game to keep the metabolism ramped up high so keeping calories also high does help with it.

Thank you, this is in a depleted state as well trying to keep away from too heavy weights just because during this far into my cut I am a lot more fragile so avoiding any injuries at all costs is a priority. Once October comes I’m hoping I can reach a 500lbs squat for reps

I don’t have anything recent, I’ll be doing bloods either next week or the week after that. Hard to make time now since it’s our busiest season at work. I just know that even a small dose of Ai just completely nukes my estrogen to the ground. I always have it on hand but never had a reason to use it. No puffy nips or excessive water retention etc. Only time I’ve utilized it before was when my body fat was much higher.

I do! When I ran my health phase I cut out all compounds but test and after about 6 weeks my acl and joints started acting up. I had a torn acl in my right knee I fought for a few months last year.

Honestly I feel phenomenal, especially since upping my test. Surprisingly I don’t really have anybody’s besides irritability but I feel that comes out more from just being hungry all the time lol

Thats what I was expecting as well so for the longest time I thought the tren was bunk so I switched labs however results speak for themselves I guess I was just blessed with my ability to handle tren well 😆🤷🏽‍♂️

@Losiol we are here to help you, trust us, you need an Ai with that much Testosterone, there are estrogen E2 sides that are serious like very dangerous that can happen inside to organs , even when you have no outside sides like nipple soreness

Today was my free meal “cheat meal” it’s been 14 days already heheheh. Excited for back tmrw will try to push some heavy weight really do some damage and capitalize on today meals.

Last two days have been eating in excess of 5000 calories so the next week will be dropping cals to 2000 to get to baseline a little quicker and hopefully speed up some fat loss in the coming days.

Lol I'm not saying my estrogen is high, hear me out. Doesn't trenbolone on hormone panel show up as estrogen deeming the test invalid or inaccurate ?

My mistake, I was lead to believe that trenbolone interferes with testing of estradiol on a hormonal panel showing falsely elevated levels...

I thought about it for a while and I remember when I was chatting with Dan Duchaine he told me Tren is the best drug to do this diet. Well your using it and your trying to get shredded. My wife and I both used Tren on bodyopus and it flat out works wonders. Her photos at the beginning of her log are while she was using Tren doing bodyopus.

I wish you'd have sent this a day earlier I came back today from costco with foods for two weeks lmao but Ill try to adjust my current diet, it is really low in fats maybe 50g at most per day.
 
The one thing is the entire body depletion workout before the carb load is key. You will want to vomit multiple times if done right. If u fail the depletion workout bodyopus wont work.
I’ll do my fair bit of research this week to make sure its done right
 
4 weeks on bodyopus will shred u up on Tren. You will also gain muscle.

Round 2 lol, honestly by now im just eating all the unnecessary foods I have left over so they don’t tempt me during the week. Gonna do meal prep later as well. Gonna cut out carbs on my last meal and slowly get into eating lower carbs.

Pasta is a homemade Italian brand, it sits really light on the stomach doesn’t cause much bloating tbh. Already at 230 lbs and still looking pretty solid I know my next 2-3 workouts are going to be incredibly good.

Just today, starting tmrw low carbs and max cals at 2000 with cardio 6x a week lets see how lean I can get. I took a look back at when I was eating 1750 cals and can say I was damn lean when barely eating...
