I will use Tren every time I cut from now on. It's that good. I will most likely try a lower dose though to see how little can be used to stop muscle loss. Dorian only used 152mg per week when he was cutting so I think 150mg might be a dosage worth trying with little sides.

Totally agree I only now really appreciate the look it gave me on my last cut going back through pictures… I’m keen on using Tren hex (parabolan) it’s listed for a decent price and pinning frequency is only once every 7 days which is nice.

Eating is the hardest part about bulking. It's painful to force feed clean food. In fact it's damn near impossible to eat completely clean while bulking.

This mini cut will be good for you. Use it to your advantage and do as little Tren as possible. You should try 150mg per week with 300mg Test and 150mg NPP. Hit the cardio hard and back off on the weights to let tendons/ligaments catch up. Remember I have 27 more years of tendon/ligament building than you do.

Being this heavy is only good when in the gym flipping weights lmao I’ve been waking up with dead arms because the blood circulation in my arms stop since I am a side sleeper and the weight crushes my blood vessels 😆😆

Goal is to retain my strength and not increase it during this mini cut. Probably sitting at 16% body fat currently, i plan on getting into the high 10-12% again before we continue on building.

I’m very keen on utilizing semiglutide and how well it can manage hunger levels (basically a cheat code for dieting) good ol Trenski will be deployed again.

I used it once 25 years ago and that was enough for me. If you like feeling like you have the flu 24/7 by all means have at it. The problem is the dose needed to get results is fairly close to the lethal dose. God only knows what is happening to your organs on that stuff. I would not use it. You have semaglutide and that works enough. Why risk it?

Valid… I’ll sleep on it. My thinking is loosing fat in a fast manner would prevent any muscle wasting rather than a prolong period of time. Some of the reviews I read were people even saying they wouldn’t even consider cutting without the use of DNP, i think I’ve seen a few logs on here using it as well but not sure gotta go back a read them through.

Yes sir! 1.5 gallons daily, I’m pretty good at detecting if my body is responding well to a certain compound hopefully it will guide me well again this time too

I appreciate the concern guys 🫶🏼🫶🏼 only running it for no longer than 2 weeks or so. Can tell stuff works instantly, body temp has definitely increased was sweating bullets through the night but other than that feel good. Won’t be adding semaglutide until dnp cycle is over.

Holy cow what a workout, was leaving puddles of sweat everywhere I went 😂😂 definitely can tell my body temp is much higher was also sweating bullets all night. Strength was good pump was insane very happy with the workout.

I slashed calories very heavily to kick start the weight loss quicker eating about 1700 right now with 200g of protein and 150g carbs.

If it wasn’t for a drop set / 10 sec rest workout I’d be working with 275 / 300lbs

I had tweaked my left elbow a bit last week but seems to have gone away 🤷🏽‍♂️ keeping elbows tight has helped a lot with alleviating any type of pain.
 
Wear elbow sleeves and wrist wraps.
I knowww lol I’m stubborn Xd I’ll get them eventually. I’m not planning on pushing any really heavy weights for the next 8 weeks so once my mini cut is over I’ll get them :)
 
Just remember it's cool to use them. Dorian Yates always wore them. He did pretty good at bodybuilding.

Your tendons will not be any lesser because you wear them. I would recommend using a loose version just enough to keep joints warm. I think time is the only thing that will strengthen them. U just need to make sure you don't break them down. Tendons are very hard and slow to build. That's why most people who go on steroids blow out their shoulder. It's also a reason I recommend hgh and collagen if you're going to be serious about the sport. Back in the 90's nobody could afford hgh. It was $125 for 10iu. Now it's that much for 50-60iu. Gh is cheaper than any other peptide and works better than all except for IGF-1. IGF-1 is absurdly cheap for how well it builds muscle, tendons, and ligaments. Stacked with HGH is amazing.

My plan is to run HGH in the near future but I would like to be able to run it continuously for a few months to really reap all the benefits from it

Not to interrupt this discussion, but when I go on a bulk around February, (I will be taking deca, test, and maybe a low dose of smth else at the end), should I take around 50-100 mcg of igf1des or lr3? And pair that with 2 iu of HGH and titrate up 1 iu every four weeks until 5 iu? Or one or the the other?

I would take lr3 unless you’re trying to grow a specific muscle group since it’s pin based growth.

For your size I would recommend 4-8 iu/day. 2-4 am and 2-4 post workout.

I watched many videos on it, and the benefits stop around 10 iu. Your igf levels plateau- no reason to go above 8 iu. Look it up on more plates more dates- he has a great video

I think the only time I would consider using slin is when I max out just using anabolic, so far I’m having tremendous growth with moderate amounts of gear but I do see myself utilizing it if I get stuck at a certain weight…

I took the stuff when it was snowing out and I had the heat off in the house. There was literally steam coming off my body in the living room.

I traded my buddy who has left over from a previous run. I gave him the anadrol I had left. I’m almost certain that DNP will be completey off market in a few years 😬😬

It’s kinda crazy how quickly DNP depleted my glycogen reserves, not looking flat just yet but I feel as if I would be in a cut for about 4 weeks and it’s only my 3 day. Definitely running hot pools of sweat and just feeling like im wearing a blanket all day.

Strength is the same but muscle endurance definitely has taken a hit anything over 5 reps is starting to become a chore. Heart rate is also quite high at rest and during training however blood pressure ain’t too bad nothing compared to what it was like on anadrol.

Ngl volume training is “lower” but heart rate is like I’m sprinting lmao. Just sitting at work today I was sweating like a dog shits potent as fuuckk :p I read a good way to test if it’s legit is putting a flame to it and if it ignites you got the good stuff 😂😂

I’m on day 3 and already down 12lbs I’m almost sure it’s all water and muscle glycogen but I’ll re asses at 7 days to see if it’s worth it. I have enough to run 18 days consecutively.

@Losiol you should take time off training if you can do it, DNP hard on the heart best time off on it :)
the weight lost is glycogen and water but bodyfat is lost as well

Looks like even my watch is reflecting my increased calories burnt, usually after a day like today I’d be sitting around 3500 calories spent and mind you I’ve also sat on my ass the rest of the whole day 😂

Brother this is what I’m eating now daily
800g chicken breast
300g egg whites
01 sticky rice
600g Greek yogurt
300g frozen blueberries
02 tortilla wraps
+greens

Total is 2000 cals, 280g protein 150g carbs so deficit is very steep but I’m not planning on staying this low for long maybe another 14 days or so than transition into a slower “cut”

@Losiol keep carbs low because DNP heats up too much with high carbs
but I would add at least 1 protein bar and protein shake minimum and 1 avocado

I have a bunch of avocados my buddy grows them and gives em to me, so I can do that no problem! I did notice that but I still want to keep my training somewhat decent not to waste any muscle. I feel the 150g I get hot enough but at a manageable level.

you should cut training as much as you can or you'll burn muscle for fuel, meaning you'll lose bodyfat AND hard earned muscle mass @Losiol
DNP is a mitochondrial uncoupler so it will break down protein for ATP just as it would carbs etc.
 
I would think bodyopus style training would be best. You basically do nothing all week once you're in ketosis. Duchaine told me not to train to get best results and it worked. After the weekend carb up I would train the entire body over a two day period Monday/Tuesday to enter ketosis. I then stayed away from gym until Friday evening for the carb loading workout.

Ketosis is protein sparing. You won't lose muscle when in ketosos.
