Day Recap
Yesterday was a productive day, both mentally and physically. Managed to stick to my morning routine, and despite a busy schedule, I got a solid workout in, which felt great. Balancing everything is a challenge, but it’s all about the small wins.
Sunday night Pin - 77ml of Test & Primo combined using a 27g 13mm in Quad, pushed deep due to short needle. First time with a 27g and that shit sucked ass I've got some 30g 13mm here, that is what I'll go back to for now - No I cannot get longer needles, pharmacy here don't stock them and don't sell them to the community! From the pharmacist himself! Will order some +30mm in the smallest gauge I can.
- Morning Walk: 30 minutes with the dog as usual—best way to start the day.
- Morning Workout: 30-40 minutes - Casual pace.
- Work: Full day, but not a physically demanding one.

Sleep
- Tuesday Night: 21:30–05:30 – Another great sleep. Slept deeply and woke up refreshed, which is a nice trend lately. Did wake up about midnight to someone in the backyard and the dog going nuts, managed to pull muscles getting out of bed! Jesus that was not fun!
Meals & Hydration
- Water: 4 x 820ml water bottles (flavoured sugar free in SodaStream).
- Coffee: 2 cups morning.
- Snacks:
- Mixed Nuts - Not trail mix.
- Cheese, multi grain cracker and Vegemite.
Breakfast
- Baked Beans - Hard-boiled Egg
Lunch
- Chicken Parmy - Very poor choice I know.
Dinner
- Smoked salmon and salad - It's a staple in this house.

In that case, adding semaglutide would be worth it, you see the @Pigsy log on it?Thanks man, yeah food is super important but I'm not going to be able to fast just yet. I can with semaglutide, but without it I'm an absolute angry confused mess.....
