Hello everyone, I am excited to join this community. This is my first log so bare with me

My stats
5 foot 7
180 lbs
Body fat % (unknown ) i will post pictures

Current macros are 2575 calories
Protein 225G
Carbs 250g
Fats 75g

Goal is a lean bulk to maximize lean muscle mass and minimize fat gain
I do high rise contstruction as a plumber so I feel there is no need to do cardio as my job is very active

My work out split is currently ,
Chest /tris,
Back/bis
Shoulders/legs
And repeat , I try to lift 6 days a week with one rest day

I am pinning every 3 days , I run 500mg of test cyp and 200 mg of deca a week at the moment , looking to increase the deca dose in the next few weeks up to 300 mg a week , taking 0.5 if arimidex EOD as well , any suggestions and guidance along the way is much appreciated , also I am looking for a good source for my next order of gear ,

Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i would stay on deca durabolin 200mgs for now for at least 2 weeks bro
do you have proviron in there for deca sides?
do you have n2guard in there for cycle organ support?

You should honestly run some support supplements on every steroid cycle.
It's very important to.
 
look at using n2guard, it works great!
 
proviron or masteron would be good options here.

you will get good synergy
 
Another option would be using NPP instead of deca. This way, it's in your system quicker and out quicker.
 
It tell us more about your training sessions. Maybe we can give you some advice on it if you lay it out for us.
 
Macros are cool.

But actually posting your actual foods that you're eating is more important.
 
Body fat. Doesn't look bad at all.
I would say you're definitely in the low to mid teens.
 
Work on stomach vacuuming and do some fasted cardio.

You will have a lean physique in no time.

Can you please give me advice on which cycle supports and supplements are a must while on this cycle , money is kind of tight right now and I don’t want to go buying a bunch of vitamins and supplements that really aren’t necessary , I am taking p5p , NAC , and fish oil at the moment , with a 0.5 of arimidex every other day
 
If I am running a 16 week cycle using 500 mg of test and 300 mg of deca a week , when should I introduce anavar to my cycle , I started my cycle on March 1st
its march 12 already how about rest of info?
