Approved Log Wheelhouse Cruise & Blast 2025 Beligas/Ultima Cycle Log

Hey guys,
Had time in my lunch break today do a quick update.
Physio gave me the green light to very gently get back into some leg movements.
Only seated leg curls for now at 1/4 weight which is about 25kg and super light calf raises of only 10kg. Progressively going up over the next 4 weeks

Quick meal prep of Vietnamese style grass fed beef mince and a fresh Asian salad with lots of mint,Coriander,wombok Cabbage, spring onion

Thanks bro. Really trying to step it up before my start of my blast in about 3 weeks.
Do you guys think I should titrate up the dose leading up to the blast? Or just start like normal.

Ill be doing:
300mg Test E
200mg Deca
200mg Mast E
3iu GH Daily

Yeah been lurking around some Veterans responses and cycles with similar compounds and I know i respond well with minimal sides to that amount of MG a week.
Im not here to compete or anything and my health is still important to me with minimal sides.
Last cycle was 400mg Test and 300mg EQ and it was brilliant. Bloods bang on 12-14 weeks in.

You got anything on hand for deca? Just incase even with mast you can get sides just from deca.

He would need prolactin inhibitors like p5p and or cabergolin.

I've got arimidex on hand? Will that suffice.

Your e2 should be sweet is the prolactin from the deca. If your not too worried about gyno etc then it doesn't matter i guess. But prolactin can manifest as e2 sides. Your body does change as well one time it could be fine next cycle you could get sides. Worst case you pull the deca haha 😄

I was about to order some Nattokinase anyway so I can add P5P also.
Had some good reading on the Natto regarding breaking down calcium etc to minimise blood clots in people using PEDS.
Thought it couldn't hurt to add into the supps

Sorry for the radio silence. My wife went in for surgery last Thursday and its been pretty crazy with the family over the weekend.
Still managed to get early 4.30am sessions in to get home before everyone woke up 🤣.

There's also been a slight change to my blast regime. It's gone from Being Ronin to now being a Ronin Frankenstein cycle 🤣.
Unfortunately the Ultima Mass stack (300T/200Dec) did not agree with me. 2 shots back to back that created quite painful injection sites and redness.
Obviously don't react well to high MG or something else.
I've since gone through my stash and found Test E that I can use from previous vendors and I also already had Mast E from @ODINLABS and also ordered some Deca so I should be good to go.
All my regime will stay the same but it won't be completely Beligas/Ultima.

Quick chest and back session in today.
Sorry for the short update guys. I'll get a proper one later this week.

She's suffered with Endometriosis her whole life. Lots of surgeries and lots of different hormones.
She finally had a Hysterectomy but it wasn't a standard one.
We tried everything and even been reading up on a new Peptide they have been trialling for Endo in women but nothing really released yet.
Every month (at that time of the month) she would be bed ridden in pain.
Should be a new lease on life after recovery. We have 2 beautiful daughters so our reproducing days are over anyway 🤣.
She's only 35 but luckily she got to keep her ovaries so no hormone replacement needed.

I'm feeling good to start it off, besides a little niggle in the elbow that has been getting better with TB and BPC. My calf is feeling strong and I'm happy with the easing back into legs.

Had a really nice big pump on arms/shoulders today with trying high reps. Might incorporate it every 2 weeks or so.
Got some Deca off @ODINLABS to complete my stack of bits and pieces.
I also received the restock on my supplements ill be running this stack. I based majority of it from an Aussie pro Bodybuilders list he posted with reasoning and then more from you guys here on Evo.
At the moment it looks like the following:
Defend organ support (Nac,Tudca,thistle Etc etc)
Fish oil
P5P
Chromium
Berberine
B-complex
Coq10
Betaine HCI
D3
BCAA
L-tyrosine
Nattokinase
GABA
melatonin

Have watched a few videos on Nattokinase with the blood benefits and help with blood clots etc & thought it would be a great edition and couldn't hurt.
Big week of food with lots of grass fed steaks and mince and the local shop having Protein yoghurt half price 🤣 love a quick yoghurt or 2 to bump the protein up for the day. Had to make about 50 x Banh Mi rolls for a work convention on Wednesday.

These banh mi are the deli meat style (i also make a crispy pork belly one).
It has - Chicken Pate, kewpie mayo, Cucumber, onion, Coriander, chilli, roast pork and Pork brawn 👍

I work part time in supplying Building supplies, renovate my house for a couple of days a week and do cooking on the side.
But honestly, I love cooking for people bro - they say do what you love and you will never have to work a day in your life. That's what cooking is to me, it just comes naturally brother.

No this bread still has carbs but it is made entirely different

You can do either, i just buy it in the grocery store it is frozen for freshness, you just put it in the fridge, i love it and dont miss normal bread at all after having it.

Its around 60-90 calories a slice and for two slices 10g protien 30g carbs and has omegas on it as well, plus decent fiber.

Look how many vitamins and minerals are in it as well.

I was more wondering if there was a possibility to change the title of this log so it doesn't have the word "Blast" in it.. i just didn't want to mislead people on the forum but if you dont think its an issue then we can just leave it 👍

We cant change an existing log in the system, its not an option there. @Wheelhouse87 please post in new log.
