Approved Log Training and Recomp Cycle Log with US-pharmacies

Beautiful TD pic brother!! You're definitely running with the winning Team USP with @US-pharmacies. Best out there!

Bro, I just came to check in you and your log is a rocket out of the starting gate. Really great work brother and you look phenomenal. Amazing meal pics and your training volume is impressive. Vascularity is really coming out as well!

@HarleyGuy - I’ll add my blood pressure here as you mentioned for the next week or so
Great work with this, try and add it once a week or so. RHR is elevated but you're on cycle just add some cardio.

I had a great time that what matters.
Mental health is huge bro, good stuff!

For all the Canadian's here… what do yall use for bloodwork? I am in BC.
We have a megathread on getting private bloodwork for Canadians here ➡️ How to get private bloodwork done in Canada
Top two options in the thread with a how-to are:

Before hitting the gym I had to take a photo w/ the best gym bag out there.. @US-pharmacies you’re the best!
The most winning supplier worldwide and the merch to show for it too! @US-pharmacies Team USP 4 Life!

I tried to recreate the classic Jag pose, RIP my dude!
Great photo bro! Vascularity looks amazing! R.I.P.

I am thinking about add some 5-10mg of cialis during summer to help with the vascularity.
Stick to 5mg to start.

If you add Evo as a bookmark on the home screen of an Iphone as a bookmark - it opens as a web app rather than a webpage. Takes some tinkering with notification settings on here but acts essentially like a true app. Not sure if this works for Android.
Haha bro HarleyGirl would think I was having an affair, my phone would never stop pinging! :p:ROFLMAO:

BOOOOOOOOOM was the noise it made when it landed!! Red 🔥🔥🔥 and
Beautiful
Heck yeah brother Mark! That’s the noise we enjoy the most is the TD BOOOOOM from @US-pharmacies !

@HarleyGuy My man!! Thanks for all your help and especially your patience with me to start my log! I’ll keep grinding!

I think I need to buy a new BP machine IMO. Mine is sooo old and was the cheapest version on amazon. My HR is never accurate on those readings at least it’s not the same as my garmin watch / whoop band. It’s always 8-10 points higher. I’ll keep logging my BP weekly!

Cardio
28’ Inclined walk - fast pace - bpm zone between 120-135.

Sauna session at night for 30’ to boost the recovery from the brutal leg day!

Woke up fresh(ish) today.

Thoughts:

I’ve never really had a training partner, so pushing myself beyond my comfort zone has always been a bit intimidating. Since joining the EVO family, though, I’ve gained a lot more confidence. Reading through all the incredible logs here has been genuinely inspiring.

For a long time, I neglected my back and leg training because I lacked experience and was worried about getting injured. Lately, I’ve been pushing a little harder every day, and I plan to keep doing exactly that.

Big thanks to the EVO family for helping keep me accountable and motivated. Finding this forum has been a huge blessing.

My goal now is simple: build an insanely shredded back and a pair of legs that stand out. With time, consistency, the support of @US-pharmacies , EVO, and the USP TG crew, I know I’m moving in the right direction.

It’s challenging every day, but I’m not giving up. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. We have to earn it through hard work and persistence.

LFG! ❄️❄️

Looking great!

I’ve never really had a training partner, so pushing myself beyond my comfort zone has always been a bit intimidating. Since joining the EVO family, though, I’ve gained a lot more confidence. Reading through all the incredible logs here has been genuinely inspiring.

Couldn't agree with this more - I know my way around a gym, but I have learned more here in the past 5 months than I have ever combined.

For a long time, I neglected my back and leg training because I lacked experience and was worried about getting injured. Lately, I’ve been pushing a little harder every day, and I plan to keep doing exactly that.

You are absolutely killing it man!

It’s challenging every day, but I’m not giving up. Nothing worthwhile comes easy. We have to earn it through hard work and persistence.

Love this outlook!

FRIDAY 05 UPDATE
Friday woke up and hit some 1 hour spinning fasted cardio. HR 125/135 though the whole hour. Right after got some extra electrolytes and hit 45’ in the infrared sauna. Shower, breakfast. 1hr walk w the doggos. Hit my 10k steps by 10am. Work was extra hard and by the end of the day I had walk 17k steps. Couldn’t make to BJJ as I had to stay late at work.

SATURDAY 06 UPDATE
Woke up ready to hit my fasted cardio when my beautiful wife woke up with me (which never happens) and said, “Ready to hit the gym together?”

Man… I was fucking happy.

Skipped cardio so I could walk the dogs, eat my COR, and make us both a coffee before heading out.

Fast forward to the gym. Mobility warm-up done, ready to work. We get to the FIRST exercise and she looks at me and says, “I’m not feeling well. I’m gonna head home. Make sure you get your workout and cardio done. I’ll see you later.”

Not gonna lie, I was a little bummed, but I understood. Kept the workout rolling and smashed a heavy upper body session.

(To be continued…)

Turns out my wife had planned a surprise birthday party.

That’s why she woke up early and left me alone at the gym. 🤣

Man… we had an absolute blast. Great company, amazing Brazilian food, and I went completely off the rails with the eating. 🤣

Didn’t have my phone on me, so no food pics unfortunately… BUT the wife hired a photographer and got a ton of professional shots, so eventually I’ll be posting some food porn in here. 😝

I buy sweet rice and grind it up. To this point, I have only used butter and honey and will mix in whey or have a shake.!
But I will definitely explore some stuff.

I did got 5 different bags of Flauvour Gang COR. I’ll try one of them tomorrow. Never had Flavour COR before.

I do eat CoR daily! Some toppings I like are banana, cinnamon, and raisins with a vanilla or salted caramel whey dropped on top (rice pudding kind of combo). PB and banana is also a winning combo. Coconut flakes, berries, & some dark chocolate is good too 😊

I’m so pleased to hear that! Clean & minimally processed foods are the key to eating big and maintaining a respectable level of body fat in my opinion 😊 less digestive stress = a body that can utilise energy & nutrients in food most efficiently

Massive push day! Your killing it man!

I think I am going to have to add COR to my meal plan!

Massive push day! Your killing it man!
COR is the shit!! Efficient fuel and it mixes well with protein and things like PB Fit
And almost anything!! It has made a huge difference in my workouts and energy later on.

Love the sprinkles on yours @MarkNV I’ll have to try that!

Rice & grinds is great, so is Elev8. The Trained by JP CoR is just okay.
Would you do dark chocolate topping as a pre workout COR meal or more post workout?

Damn I never thought about Coconut flakes!!!!!!

I am huge on sprinkles, easy way to get some extra carbs without much calories added to the meal. Also they digest pretty well and fast for myself.

I personally do not like Elev8 consistency but the flavour is top notch! Flavour Gang is my go to, consistency is 9/10 and flavour is 10/10 and digestion’s 10:10.

Thanks for bringing her here @MarkNV . Love this!

COR is top notch as long as you can digest it well! My wife just can’t handle them it goes to fast digestion for her and she can get hypo during the workout so no bueno! Cooked rice and whey drip goes really well for her lol. I think because the grouding process to make COR makes her body to digest too fast.

COR is my go to pre workout meal. If I have more than 2 hours to digest the food Ill add a bit of oats on my COR to slow down the digestion a bit.

@Alice_In_Ironland Thanks for your input!

This took me years to learn and it’s 1000% true and facts! Also so fucking tasty!!!!

That’s so true. It’s kinda hard too to be honest because if you go on vacation and eat shit for like 2-3 days in a row the diarrhea is inevitable lol

I think I am going to have to add COR to my meal plan!
