Hi @Gifix - if you sign into your account, should see that the order status

There is a bug where some orders aren't getting email on payment, which be fixed this week, but can always check status of your order in your account

FYI - if your payment is short, it won't process the order as mentioned when checking out. Can DM me in this situation to work out the difference

There is a bug that isn't sending the email to confirm when shipped, which is on the list to fix this week, but you can always see the status of your order in your account

I have just been made aware that the WhatsApp / FB / Insta scammer is now sending out vials pretending to be ours, even though the vials are different to ours, and it is making people sick. We will be fast tracking the timeline to getting our new labels made to hopefully mitigate some of this issue
