Hey guys i want to know the difference between the two ? What do you think is the one to be taking ?

eat more omega 3 foods

i am not a fan of taking omega's to fill in for a poor diet. lots of things contain omega 3's including wild fatty fish, avocado, raw nuts, etc. those are things americans get none of and then want to supplement. doesn't work like that. fix the diet first then use supplements as supplements. tskrill is a good one from n2bm

Neither one is better or worse. They are different

Fish oil – Shown to reduces serum triglycerides, lower homocysteine levels, lower LDL cholesterol, and reduces C-Reactive Protein.
Krill oil – omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil are generally present as triglycerides, which are not absorbed as well the phospholipid omega 3s found in krill oil. Krill oil also contains the carotenoid astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant.
