I have gone through a lot of stress lately. And now that its over, I feel so drained. I feel better mentally, but it seemed to take a huge toll on my body as well.
Can anyone recommend anything that has helped them? I need to get back into the groove of things, I'm just feel too wiped out to do it.

dude a lot of people feel that way lol. my neighbor gets up at 5am and doesn't come home until past 6pm. she is a single mother of 3 working 2 jobs and taking classes. welcome to the real world

if you don't have a damn good reason for feeling that way then it boils down to motivation. 'taking something' will not fix that. without knowing your situation hard to answer it. you simply might need to just get your shit and move to a new city and start over
 
Nothing but sheer force of will to try and motivate yourself again is all I have experience with .
