Stupid question on bcaas

I am interested in supplementing with BCAA's. The bottle just says to take 3 capsules daily. Should I take all at once? With food or without? Pre- or post-workout?

Curious if any of these details matter. Any help is appreciated.

Start with why you think you need them
 
The bottle should have instructions when to take them (likely pre-workout). That said, almost everyone gets enough already from food.
 
They are generally used before, during, or after workouts. Whatever you need the extra protein synthesis
 
Focus on eating foods and you will get all your BCAA needs without a hitch!
 
either way is fine. i am not a fan of bcaa's though, they are a waste of $$$

I would much rather you use GEAR from n2bm. it is super plasma protein

The sooner it's in stock the better.
