My opinion is based on taste alone. I'm not a regular user of Zone. They have a great taste. Not sweet or chalky like some bars.

With high saturated fat and sugar in five types, it definitely is not better than any of the other protein bars in the market, and marginally better for you than many candy bars.
The use the word nutrition very loosely. It's not very nutritious. It tastes pretty good, but you could just buy a candy bar instead and save money
There a multitude of better tasting and better assembled protein bars on the market, these are passable but nothing more.
