    Dosages start low and every 4-5 weeks an escalation will occur.

    May remove DHB or MENT early on if needed and will reapply closer to competition IF I like what I am getting from them in this trial phase.

    This is a long, and dumb, course.

    Bodyweight this AM: 200lbs.

    Not right now broseph, but soon.

    Last bloodwork wasn't bad, the biggest thing I have to keep in check on cycle is making sure BP stays good.

    As a lifter myself I've competed as much as 4x a year (too much for me) vs my best being to peak 1x a year. I'd want a clear time off and a nice long run up to hit the numbers.

    I'm currently working back to my (at age 57) 'annual 170kg bench press' (3rd year on the trot hopefully). I've done about 12 weeks of run up off vs (so far) 3 weeks on (hopefully 4 max)

    Right now I am wondering how much GH I need to take for my triceps to heal and survive the work week-to-week

    Things are going well at this dosage, still in my cut. I really would like to increase my GH Dosage. My current dosage is great however I have some additional recovery needs with this tricep and for the short term I think I could benefit.

    I start my roadmap to competition, wanted to do something heavy and see how I held together
    Pin press off the chest is always a good candidate.
