leg workout last night.
I almost cry in pain.
toooo much pump!

from the first exercise, all the blood flowed into the legs,
the muscles turned to stone, I could no longer bend them.

the workout didn't go very well. I only did 3 half-done exercises.
walking was already an undertaking
too much pump!

You need to do more stretching be careful.
 
That feeling is definitely the worse but you are right in not trying them until the pain is gone
 
shoulders workout

multipower pushes - pyramidal (increase weight)
12-10-8-6-4

cables lateral raises - pyramidal (increase weight)
12-10-8-6-4

rear delts - free weights - lying on an incline bench
15 x 5

rear delts machine
10 x 4

cables anterior delts - supine grip
10 x 5

front delts - sitting on bench - free weights
8 x 4

as long as I feel pain and have not recovered (and overcompensated, right? :)) I will not train my legs

100%. Ice bath (at least cold water) and then heat followed by gentle stretching the next dew days
