Rest day today. Hauled concrete out of a lower level up the stairs and to a dumpster all day. 100 pounds per load, 8 hour shift. I need more food, stretch and some rest. I’ll check in tomorrow 💪
I grew up a distance runner. A lot of it is breathing and form. It seems my genetics want me to grow muscle, I never had any competitive distance times, I was average. I think I picked the wrong sport. I still love it, I just want to get huge

I switch out shoes every 300-400 miles depending on what brand I’m using. I’m thinking about dropping the running to maintenance and really pushing for strength and size
I can recover literally 5x faster than when I was natural. I also don’t lose much size with all the cardio having normal support, although it has been difficult for me to gain strength. Max bench is only 315, 405 DL
I can also keep my SHBG low using anabolics, when your natural running...
I would love to know how the GW-0742 is working for you. How much stronger than 501? Any side effects? I’m going to be giving it a run in the near future.
My view of what a hybrid athlete is:
Strong and muscular in nature with an extremely powerful cardio output capacity. Moderately strong with wide shoulders big arms, small waist.
You probably have a strong and healthy heart sir, I might start to transition my training more towards hypertrophy come summer as I need to put some size on my frame.
I live far north in the U.S so it’s very cold most of the year. Long swims in summer I like a few smaller lakes, can do 1-2 miles in just a few laps. Unfortunately local lap pools in the cold months, but I don’t enjoy lap swimming.
That must be a beautiful area to live.
