    Rest day today. Hauled concrete out of a lower level up the stairs and to a dumpster all day. 100 pounds per load, 8 hour shift. I need more food, stretch and some rest. I’ll check in tomorrow 💪

    I switch out shoes every 300-400 miles depending on what brand I’m using. I’m thinking about dropping the running to maintenance and really pushing for strength and size

    My view of what a hybrid athlete is: Strong and muscular in nature with an extremely powerful cardio output capacity. Moderately strong with wide shoulders big arms, small waist.

    I live far north in the U.S so it’s very cold most of the year. Long swims in summer I like a few smaller lakes, can do 1-2 miles in just a few laps. Unfortunately local lap pools in the cold months, but I don’t enjoy lap swimming. That must be a beautiful area to live.
