don't waste your workout by going to eat junk/fast food. prep food at home its healthier and much better tasting.
think of all the nastiness at those places, those people cooking haven't washed their hands in years
i hope you realize these pros are PAID to endorse certain supplements
they don't actually use them. same goes for any of these fitness influencers. its a huge grift.
the best supplements are the ones they actually use and ones that are recommended by word of mouth with bloods to back it...
