I tend to put alof of information and details into my log, I enjoy when people get technical and put heart and soul into a log they are doing. If what u are doing is working for you than don't change it until u stall and see it stops working.
I train forearms hard for grip strength so I don't have to utilize straps, they have a place in lifting no doubt, don't overlook forearm training it helps with a ton of lofts strong hands wrists and forearms go a long way.
