I have yeh. It’s just I have to prioritise recovery for football so have moved to just 3-4 weight sessions per week for recovery purposes.
So will be aiming for strength retention while inevitably losing size due to increased cardio and lack of exogenous test.

Week 12.5
Last of the test gone as of yesterday.
Body scan results were pretty crazy!
Now I will agree and say that I don’t look like I’m 6.5%
In my head 6.5% is shrededddddddd and I don’t feel like I like that shredded here.
But I trusted the data when I was 17% and when I was 13%

Have decided to finish up the cycle at 12 weeks.
For me personally I think test tightens me up.
Which has caused these calf issues which I didn’t have till jumping on.
(Around 6-8 weeks ago when it kicked in)
Probably won’t use again until I’m done needing to have speed with...

Did do squats and deads the day prior so didn’t expect strength to be peaking.
