Personally I’d hold off until your doc is happy with your dosage levels and not monitoring you that closely. But honestly imo on a TRT dose 100-200 mg ew + var . The result are not worth the extra strain you will put on the liver. I don’t believe you can just add var without additional support.

my doc put me on 100mg EOW and of course post pin I'd feel great and then as the test dropped I would drop back to my bitchy self. Do what the doc says but keep track of your moods and how your generally feeling so when he asks you - can say you feel great for 4 or 5 days and then back to down...
