SERM's is part of your PCT an example is Clomid, im not too sure on SARM's so il leave that too someone with more knowledge than i

Ya that can't be answered in a short post. Just use search function and you will get bible. Anything by Dylan is recommended. He is the man and knows what he's talking about hands down

Selective androgen receptor modulators or SARMs are a novel class of androgen receptor ligands. They are intended to have the same kind of effects as androgenic drugs like anabolic steroids but be much more selective in their action,allowing them to be used for many more clinical indications than the relatively limited legitimate uses that anabolic steroids are currently approved for.

That is what sarms are.

SARMS are very versatile and can be added to a cycle or ran in between cycles. They also have minimal side effects and are mostly non-suppressive
