What is the recommended dose of B5 each day to keep acne at bay? I've had trouble with acne since 15 and I still have it on my face. Use all sorts of soaps, moisturizers and prescribed topicals, but it's very tenacious. My demonologist NEVER mentioned B5 before but I thought I'd give it a shot!

Acne happens anytime your hormones are in flux, so coming on cycle, changing dosages and compounds, and during PCT are all potential outbreak times. I try to keep my skin extra clean, and that for the most part works for me

Does acne flair up usually happen during the cycle (my will beTest Enan w/ Dbol front load) or during the pct?

Thanks

Well no wonder. Say hi to Satan for me.

If you hook up with a dermatologist you can ask them.

don't get your hopes up thinking b5 is going to be some sort of magic cure... it might help in a very slight way but your dermatologist should have some kind of aide for you

Iv seen a few dermo specialists before... Accutane is Russian roulette with Ur brain... So I don't recommend.

The after a bad experience with that the best thing he could offer me. There is doxycline, a powerful antibiotic used for malaria, that I can't take makes me feel like shit. But they can dose on that every day continuesly. Fuk that.

So the next best thing, as a highly concentrated salicylic acid solution from a compound pharmacy, that you kind dab over Ur shoulders or whatever, everyday. Twice a day if u want.

They have salicylic acid creams and crap at pharmacy, but they are pisssss weak in comparison.

every person with acne has developed their own strategy. by only suggestion is go the natural route, don't get into taking harsh drugs like accutane unless you exhaust all other remedies first AND you literally are desperate enough to depend on a drug (same goes for any situation)

it will come down to trial and error. also i can tell you as someone who had breakouts when i was younger you may simply outgrow the issue like i did plus i do a lot of saltwater which helps dry me out

Hormonal changes can cause acne in some. Try to keep levels as stable as possible and control estrogen.

This is also key... That's the best method. Then see a specialist...

Also, sun, tanning, or use the solarium... That really helps also, plus you'll have a sick tann.. So it's win win. And a dark tann will disguise any scarring too.

I took 4g of B5 every day until I noticed it subsiding and then 2g everyday from then on. I'm still taking 2g Everyday and have much less acne. I also started taking both sustanon and test p every day for my testosterone dose in my cycles which keep test levels MUCH more stable than pinning 2x a week. Also, I dont PCT as I am prescribed 150mg/wk of testosterone enanthate so I don't get a huge rollercoaster of test levels after my cycle. If your'e doing a PCT than just expect some sort of acne.

Tanning is very effective.

I never had bad acne in my life. Then I met a guy named dbol. He fucking ruined me for a few months. I would not introduce yourself to that guy.
