Anyone else being danced around by Purity ?

I went through this back in April and was busting customer services balls. The tracking number was useless as well, looked like the label was printed but package was never shipped. It took longer than usual and even with the tracking info still not being updated, out of nowhere the order appeared in my mailbox.

I honestly believe (as with almost all online stores at this time) that the issue is with postal/parcel services and not PSL.

This is true, labels were created and for whatever reason many did NOT update and items still arrived, and some trackings updated there after and some still never did.

Hi Vision - my order # is RDDNPFGQO. The website says that it shipped on 8/28, but per USPS Tracking, it says it's in the pre-shipment phase (a shipping label has been created, but USPS is awaiting the item). Since it's been 2 weeks, I'm concerned that they've lost the package. Thanks so much, I'm really looking forward to receiving it and ordering again from you guys in the future!

All orders in or around this time frame have been dispensed.. All tracking numbers from this time frame should all be updating as the sort facilities process them.

Nothing has been dispensed. No tracking #, no order sent out. Same old bullshit answer that it will be resent after the weekend? That’s what I was told 2 weekends ago. Even you Vision in your “ contact us here” thread on 9/7 said “ your missing item is being shipped out”. Now I get an email saying that “usps probably lost it, it will be reshipped after the weekend”. What gives? No one at PSL is giving me a straight answer. Why is this so difficult? Why wasn’t the missing item resent the first time I was told it was resent? Come on. How can Evo sit back and watch a sponsor do this to a customer?
I was straight up lied to by PSL, a sponsor here, and no one seems to really care. Very disheartening to say the least. Sucks when one puts trust in a websites sponsor and said sponsor can’t get give a customer a straight answer. I see how it is now.

The info you have received is in fact the info we received, we would never relay a fabrication.

We have numerous messages from our shipper enforcing us that all packs have been shipped, along with the display of confidence that all will be updated. We've been watching for updates with packs and re-ships and we noticed none have updated, at all, not a single pack of a handful.
Any information that we have received about these orders re relayed them to all clients as any ordinary routine day. We believe that the information we've received has some inaccuracy, we can only speculate. We assume packs have been lost.
I was notified yesterday that all packs will be dispense from a entire different warehouse as a replacement for damage control. We simply can not tolerate these delay , we're making the field decision to reship and dispatch all packs as we waited to see if these packs updated, this is standard protocol to assure accuracy.

There's growing frustrations within the team for this huge delay, this is a first time for us that there is nothing but white noise with these packs. If all packs end up arriving from both shipments, we will adsorb the cost as our way of apologizing for any inconveniences.

We are receiving the same information that you are in regards to missing items or delayed updates. This is reason we're taking things a step further and dispensing from a different facility.

I simply cannot believe that I’m being given the run around by an Evo sponsor., and no one is stepping up/in to fix things. Just wait wait wait is all I’m told. How hard can it be to reship something? Yeah yeah I know, wasting my breath. PSL is no longer a reliable source.

If I'm not mistaken, your missing item was 50 tabs of Cialis is this correct, Do I have the correct information? If I am wrong, I sincerely apologize. Something to place into great consideration; Would a large network really put themselves in difficult position with a client over simply 50 tabs of Cialis, with your numerous posting and situational awareness if we where in fact jerking you around, why would a company ignore such a complaint that has been updated almost regular on your part, if there truly was not a delay? You paid for a services and expected products, a service was expected to happen and it didn't. For that we understand how you feel.. Now, would writing of 50 tabs really worth all the damage control?

Something was suppose to happen, and it didn't. I understand your growing emotions and frustrations with getting louder. If you could possibly imagine, we are equally frustrated at the moment, yet working feverishly by shifting our resources, with this realignment we will be able to correct this issue asap.
 
PSL will come threw. This isn’t Walmart or amazon and things happen from time to time. All orders will be shipped guaranteed. I have 100% faith in PSL.

Hey man, I placed an order with PSL on August 25, but the package has been stuck at Pre-Shipment for 2 weeks. I know that there would be some delays because of Covid-19, but getting stuck at Pre-Shipment for 2 weeks is worrying.

My order # is BHCESMRFG. This is my 7th order from PSL and the only one that has been stuck at pre-shipping for this long.

it is useless to send orders if you know that there are checks (as happened in the past) or if there are problems and / or closures like in this period due to the covid.

It is no one's fault (or perhaps china, who knows !?) but certainly not psl or other sponsor.

if they tell you that sooner or later you will get what you paid for, what's the problem?
is waiting for time a problem? go bust a pharmacy and stop buying things on internet

You are clueless bro. This has nothing to do with COVID or China or the postal service. In plain English; PSL forgot to include an item in the package I received. See, is that hard to understand? Nothing to do with cov7and everything to do with some at PSL not paying attention to order details.
3X now in as many weeks I’ve been told they would reship my missing product and nothing has been resent. Get it?
Telling someone that sooner or later you’ll get what you pay for is not the way business is done. So do me a favor and make sure you know wtf you’re talking about beg you make such an ill informed post...

This is fantastic.. I'm super happy that you guys got everything that you paid for, and again we deeply apologize about that delay, somethings were simply out of our control.. I told you all that know one will get left behind..
