This is true, labels were created and for whatever reason many did NOT update and items still arrived, and some trackings updated there after and some still never did.I went through this back in April and was busting customer services balls. The tracking number was useless as well, looked like the label was printed but package was never shipped. It took longer than usual and even with the tracking info still not being updated, out of nowhere the order appeared in my mailbox.
I honestly believe (as with almost all online stores at this time) that the issue is with postal/parcel services and not PSL.
