    From last part.

    Squat last time I tested was at 180kg for a comfortable single but that was a few weeks ago before injuring my hip but I'm just going to load up and go for 190-200 and hope for the best

    That's getting up there dude.. You'd be doing what? 130-140 for decent reps then? Quality.

    On a sad note, GP told me i probably have to go have hand sugary now because my other doctor fucked up.. More time off now. Wankers

    Worst part is, it was a specialist that cleared me and now my regular GP has said no way after more x-rays. Bit of a joke!

    Yeah pre injury I was doing 3 sets of 10 with 140 quite comfortably but hip flexor flare up means I've stopped.
    Leg press has felt fine last two sessions so I think I'll work my way up on squats again and obviously go easy but I think for a 1RM attempt I'll be fine.
