Not always.. Joint soreness, injuries come along with it. I lifted heavy for too long. Now just more focused on the pump and squeeze!
using Etho pharma var at the moment, started about 4 days ago, still early days but i been feeling a bit bloated/fluffy/soft since starting.. Am taking Sdrol as well though and carbs have been high, who knows.
Best var ive used was Baltic pharma. cost an arm and a leg though
Etho var 50mg along with Tbol 50mg stack. Along with oils. I'm into day 6. Going well. Also sdrol if a UGL could be dbol mix, it happened to a friend of mine.. Got it tested and was dbol.
Hard to find genuine sdrol tbh.

And 90% of gaining anything is diet and routine. IMOWonder who that friend was. Hmmm....
Yep sucks when sdrol turns out to not be the real deal even when coming from a reputable lab. As well all know, sometimes the most basic cycles are always the best. Along with Trusted oils that stand the test of time .Stick by them

And bench record was 186.5kg.. Maybe I should start looking into competitions
