Kryptonitelabs are doing injectable Dbol and superdrol now, i can attest to the inj superdrol being awesome
Using now at 15mg ed, going to 30ed next week

I'm keen to try sdrol again and have some injectable myself.

If it's anything like the helix oral SD I'll Fucking hate it haha

Must have looked crazy training just my left side tonight lol.

Unilateral work until my scans and results are back from the specialist about my shoulder.

Does high rep hurt the shoulder just as much? like doing 3 sets of 30 reps at 50% your usual max.

Doing it that way will keep even growth and maybe focus more on joints, lean tissue and building support.

Shoulder is completely stiff right now so I feel a couple of weeks of not training it all will be fine.

Trained back tonight practically pain free on most movements which was good but couldn't even push the hammer strength chest press with zero weight without pain.

It is improving though and today it's felt better than ever.
So fingers crossed once it settles I'll be able to work on mobility and proper warm ups prior to working back into heavy work.
Will probably be forced to avoid barbell and Dumbbell pressing movements from now on which is a bummer but for longevity it'll be worth it.

Or my other option is to train legs 3x per week and just do some light upper body work 2x a week for movement and mobility

Stretch work to stop it from seizing up is a good idea if even low resistance is making things worse.

Actually a good opportunity to hit some glute/calf/hip/core isolation work now that you have an opportunity to focus on lower body primarily. How's that for positive thinking.. lol
 
Whats the best NPP floating around now boys? thinking of anabolic labs starying back on blast in 3 weeks
 
week two on MK677 for those who are following, upped to 2mg at beggening of week. split doses morning and pm but may take both in AM moving forward after researching.
most pronounced side effect is hunger - i can control it but its very very high! not craving bad food but just food!
Sleep hasnt improved until last night
tiredness wasnt an issue until friday where i had the day off and slept most of the day, i have the odd bout of tiredness but it fades after a while, im guessing its to do with the GH pulses.
Comments on how full im looking atm, strengths gone up heaps too but this could be rebound from when i competed a month ago.
