There is no hope for the reopening of the gyms.
Not in January and most likely nothing in February either.
We will have to wait until at least March, unless this virus dies on its own
this weekend unloading days.
No training, no carbohydrates, lots of water, no salt, just a little protein.
A nice walk in the city center.
