Used some of the stuff I filtered on my left glute. The PIP is barely there.
For comparison, I can still feel the PIP in my right glute from 3 days ago, so filtering was definitely a good choice here.
I'd imagine that if I added craig's heating method to this, the PIP would be nonexistent. I've also had good results with heating the injection area with a hot towel, so I'll try that too.
