You still have some Inches to put on before they start getting Thick.
My Biceps didn't really start to thicken until they went over 17 1/2"........................... JP
P.S.
I do Partials with Stretching inbetween.
And I toss in some Century Sets, as my Biceps have to be Brutalized to grow.
You just have to try a few different exercises, and see which ones give you the most Stimulus.
And don't forget to Hit different Angles.
So Preacher Curls, Spider Curls, and there's a bunch more.
I also do Cable Work as a Finisher.
