Fella's I need some help
I slipped a disc in my neck L3/4.
Ive been patient, rested, full hard keto diet, yoga, traction devices, inversion table, went ergonomic everything the whole bloody 9 yards.
Still 4 months later, ive pretty much lost every gain I ever got and the issue is worse then ever.
Ive lost feeling in half my left hand and have nerve induced muscle spasms frequently.
I need some advice on sups to aid in faster healing.
I know for injury lot's of sports people hit GH but I'm not that rich so im looking at MK677 to assist in my healing.
So the questions
1. What do you all think about MK677 for this issue, do you know of anything else I should stack with it or even something entirely different I haven't thought of that will speed up the healing?
2. I need a source for any of your suggestions, preferably not to steep on the back pocket (I haven't worked in 4 months and have 4 kids) but also I need decent gear, so somewhere in the middle would be good.
