And most of all if people have any questions or concerns please use the ticket service first do not use the email service, and do not open multiple tickets the more tickets you open that does not mean your inquiry will be answered faster you will only be slowing down the system..
All tickets will be answered in the order that they are received.. consider different time zones and please give ample time for the technicians to answer them they're really is a real live human being that is reading them just understand it will be in a different time zone..
