#1. Absolutely! Either way it will motivate me. If it’s what I want I’ll be striving harder for it and if it’s the opposite of what I want I’ll be changing my ways.

#2. This is a tough one. Either my calves or triceps. I’m fairly happy with my other muscle groups, but these two I struggle with gaining mass.

#3. In two years I hope I will be more solid and back to being leaner.

Is there a way to post multiple times, prior to another individuals response, to get my count thread up? It keeps updating my answers to one post.

11. What is the most difficult thing you’ve ever done?

Watch my baby boy suffer from a brain bleed he suffered at the hands of an incompetent doctor (lost his license). He now has cerebral palsy. Truly the most helpless feeling I’ve ever had. Good news is that after being told he would be a vegetable he has proven those experts wrong. He is walking and talking and a fairly typical little boy. Moral - if you get a bad diagnosis don’t give up. The Lord may have different plans. Don’t ever lose hope.

2. If you could ask for one muscle group to improve considerably right away, over night which one would it be and why?

Triceps - crucial to arm size, strength, and appearance.

3. Where do you see yourself in 2 years with your mindset and training?

Somewhere here on planet erff if lucky

4. What is the biggest risk you’ve ever taken with gear usages?

Used omnadren my roommate got in college not even thinking it could be bunk. Had no clue just advice from dudes I played football with at UGA. Thankfully it went well, made good gains, but not enough to go pro lol. Even used 1.5” 20g for pinning - yikes!

12. What scares you most about your future?

Not being there for my wife and kids.

9. Do you think your priorities have changed since you were younger?

Absolutely

15. How do you think using gear effects peoples goals?

I think it has a positive effect for most. I’ve known a few who seem worthless without it and maybe it’s because they relied on gear as a staple to their training and not an occasional aid to get over plateaus. Use vs. abuse I guess you could say.

I’d like to post a question - what age group are you? Me, I’m mid 50’s, been lifting 30 years.
