    Strength gains in Test E only Cycle

    Hello,

    Out of interest, because ive seen a guy in my gym squatting and so on with a massive weight. But only 3 years of training.
    He told me that he uses 500mg of test e a week. So to my question.

    What strength gains can you make if you eat like on a bulk/powerlifting diet with "only" 500mg of test e?

    If this is your first cycle, 400-500mg of test a week is all you need. How old are you?

    Well im not sure if I want to start one im just interested in this topic But im 18 so how would that come out?

    My PRīs are Squat:220kg Bench:165kg and Deadlift:200kg

    Much to young for AAS, seems you are four just fine for strength naturally anyway and you’ll continue to get much stronger in your 20s.

    At 18 your test levels are very high and not recommended to do steroids until you are like 25. Doing so can and will result in complications with natural test levels when you get older. Now if the person in question is young and cranking 500mg a week, yes he will have the potential for great results. Weight lifting I always say is like a marathon not a sprint. Slow and steady wins the race. This website is great for knowledge. Keep reading and keep lifting.

    But tbh if you run 1 or 2 cycles with 500mg of test e only in years between them right? Then they dont cause that many bad effects on your later life do they?

    When I threw Anavar into the mix they shot up like crazy. A lot depends on your workout routine and personal goals though
