    USPS lost package now what?

    I had an order ship over 3 weeks ago with USPS, itís been stuck at a distribution center since the day it left. Iíve called USPS and they have been no help. The seller told me they will resend my order but they still havenít and just keep telling me to contact USPS which I already have. So now what do I do? Now Iím afraid they will not reship it, do the trusted sources here take care of you and resend the order?

    Yes it is, they usually respond to email pretty quickly but now it seems to take forever with them. Makes me a bit nervous, itís a $500 order. Iíve never had a problem with them in the past, always been great up until this point, but waiting almost a month for my order I would think they would be a little more responsive instead of just repetitively asking if Iíve contacted USPS when Iíve already told them I have.

    Yes it is, Iíve been very happy with them in the past, but ever since this started with the last order being lost it seem like they take much longer to email me back. They ask me multiple times if Iíve already contacted USPS and Iíve already told them yes multiple times. Iím really hoping they will reship it this week.

    I donít want to give them a bad rep and I want to give them a chance to make it right. Like I said Iíve spent a lot of money with them already and they are great. Always fast shipping and responsive.

    Update, they emailed me today, say they will reship Friday or Saturday. Iíll update on Saturday to see if it happens.

    they will take care of you as they always take care of their customers. I would not worry about a thing, just in the future give it an honest chance to get to you. sometimes packages may seem lost but they are just still en route. i've seen packs get delivered a month late

    always contact a rep if you have any sort of issue.. sometimes emails get lost whether in spam or just because of large volumes coming in but the rep teams are very strong and always very helpful! Greg is on top of everything at Domestic Supply and you never have to worry about getting taken care of with him!
