21 year old aspiring lifts needs advice

I am just 21 years old but have been lifting for 3 years pretty normally. i need advice on what supplements i can take that are safe. right now i have been using things like citruline, whey protein powders, and creatine off and on throughout college. i would like to up my strength endurance and speed. nothing too drastic

I would definitely keep going with creatine but try out the N2BM version called Ancient Strength. Pure creatine without fillers, sugar, flavour, sweeteners, etc. Super convenient because it is in tablet form so no mixing gritty powders. Besides that, you can really get everything you need from your diet.
