    adding flax to shakes?

    Would adding milled flax from the supermarket be beneficial over taking fish oil? I am getting tired of the fish burps and I think I am allergic to seafood so I want to take something else. it has 5 grams of omega's and a bunch of fiber. will this be of any benefit if i add it to my protein shake or is there a better option?

    You could, but fish, or krill is the best for omegas. I get the burps too, if I take them on an empty stomach. How much a nuisance is it really. Btw, hemp seeds are also great for omegas, aminos, vitamins, ect

    if you are allergic to seafood then obviously you cannot mess with krill or fish oil.

    what i recommend is using unrefined coconut oil in all your cooking. it will help bigtime

    If you are allergic to seafood then definitely do not take fish oil or even krill oil. Stick to other good fat sources like avocados, raw nuts, and coconut oil.

    I was never a fan of adding things to shakes that will make it taste worse. Take that stuff separately.
