The supplements you put in your body are to fill in the gaps in your nutrition. Drinking alcohol only creates more gaps as it will cause your organs not to function at peak performance. Your liver for example is your primary fat burning organ. If it is dealing with processing alcohol every night then it is not burning off the food in your system. This is why people get fat from drinking, besides overeating. 1 or 2 on the weekend isn't a big deal but 1 or 2 per day is too much if you have fitness goals.
