is there any dfference guys? I can train at any time but whatever is the best amd more effective for mass gains
I would like to do, thank you all.

It really doesn't matter man. Train whenever best fits your schedule.

If you are a morning person - train in the AM. If you are more of a night owl - train in the PM. Train whenever you have the most energy

Personal preference whichever fits your schedule will be fine.

the best time to train is going to be upon waking

you just had a nice rest and repair from sleep. your mind and body is fresh for the day. there is a reason road races take place in the morning

you have a tough day at the office or at your labor job and then go to workout, your body is worn down both mentally and physically .. unfortunately many people are like me and have to train post work.. that is why gyms are most packed 5-6PM.

i would say it is bad to train at that time because the gym is so packed right? mornings you have the gym to yourself .. so take all those factors in

Those that follow my comments know I train around 10am or so.

It is really up to you and your schedule but I always prefer to train when I have the most energy. For some that is the AM and others are not morning people. I know for me I like to train mid afternoon.

Funny I just had this discussion with a friend of mine. Here is how I feel....

I like training in the morning because I like waking up and hitting the gym, plus it’s nice to go before a long day. However I find that only having one meal prior to training is not ideal for me. So for that reason I like to train at night. I also like to eat a more dense meal for dinner and training at night allows me to do that. Only problem I have with going at night is my gym is usually packed with tools and I have kids-so I’m super busy at night after school with their activities but I manage.
