And also is there anything that you should or should not be taking with the amino acids ?
 
You don't need to be taking them at all really. You should be getting more than enough from the protein in your diet

Aminos are the building blocks of protein which is found in all protein sources.

If you are supplementing bcaas then 6 to 8g is a typical dose. Some people put creatine in their bcaas. It's entirely up to you
 
Just don't take them, they don't have that much effect to be worth taking them.
Eat real food, it's best for you and your body.
 
They are part of your food, also proteins and every supplement you buy, is within your food just in smaller quantity
