    Amino acids every 1 hour

If I took aminos every 1 hour for about 16 hours straight 10 days in a row; do you guys think I'd get an HGH boost like BCAAs labels claim it does? how much of a boost? 10%/20%?

You could get some boost of natural GH levels, but it won't be anything huge, and you probably won't even notice a difference to be honest.

What mike said. Probably minimal boost. But it's VERY important to have those aminos in you at all times to supply the muscles with as much fuel as they need to grow. Best amino supp I've found (and extremely natural & clean) is protein factory's Egg White Peptides or their advanced BCAA's (if you just want BCAA's rather than a full spectrum of aminos). Both are very very high quality. I've used it and have noticed MUCH better pumps at the gym and a longer lasting perpetual pump just all day in general

    in short...No.

the only thing that will make a difference in GH, thats worth buying would be peptides & gh.

Its good to remember that total fasting increases your GH as well, and (this is me taking broscience to the next level) I would suspect that when you're not working out, BCAA's wont give you the GH boost they do while you're working out, since insulin and GH cannot coexist at the same time, and training just blunts the insulin response from the bcaa's allowing you to reap the other benefits from them.

BUT, it's total speculation whether more frequent intake of bcaa's would indeed be beneficial when on cycle, especially if cutting. Lyle McDonald is more on the side that this might be useful, and I think at this point you really have to go by what feels like giving you the best results!
