    anyone supplement with salt?

    I want more pumps in the gym and more absorption of nutrients while i workout. is it true that salt can help with this and is it worth it to supplement with it or is that stupid? do any of you ever do this yourselves? I know a lot of supplements contain sodium so it is just an idea don't bash.

    you don't need to supplement salt, simply put a tiny bit in your water leading up to the gym if you are fasted. that is all you need. i recommend pink himalayan salt

    I have no salt in my house whatsoever. Plenty of salt in everything we eat anyways don't need to be adding more.

    Most people get more than enough salt. I do not supplement with salt but when I am fasting I will put a pinch in one of my glasses of water to help with hydration.

    It depends how much activity you have ajd how much you sweat. Most people don't need extra but some do
