They are cookie cutter programs that aren't individualized to your personal body type and goals.

You can use them as a template and sort of as an 'example' but you need to adjust it to your specific body. That's where hiring a coach or a nutritonist (such as myself) comes into play. You can not just copy someone else diet. Use it as an example, but tailor it to your specific body.

No. You don't need a named diet as such.

Not everybody is the same so following a diet designed for someone else wont always be what your looking for. I would recommend just playing with a template and finding something that works for you.

Just create your own diet. It is actually really simple. Just figure out how many calories you need to eat each day and go from there. I would just get in 1g of protein per lb body weight and then fill the rest in. Some people like more carbs and some like more fat. It is up to you and that way you can also make sure you only include foods you like.

Your diet as you call it will always fail you if you don't enjoy it. If you have tried a few different diets to date and you have failed as you put it, why did you fail, what aspect of it did you fail, and my personal favorite is you saying you failed because you didn't reach your goals in your time frame you wanted to?

If the last one is the case, then i have failed 90% of the time. Life gets in the way, things get difficult, it's how you adapt which makes you succeed. you cant come onto a forum saying ive failed all my diets will this one work? You need to provide information on the diets you have done in the past. Break them down calories macros etc and most importantly the food you where eating.

if you dont like the food your eating your not going to stick to it, plain and simple

I never suggest apex nutrition, I suggest using fasting and fasted cardio method.
