have been taking it for my heartburn and also to help with my gut. haven't seen any changes yet. I'm adding it to my salads and also to my chicken. it actually tastes pretty good. when should I start seeing some results though from it?

i just do 1tbsp acv with 1 packet of liquid iv. will try the baking soda as well.

I used to drink 1 shot a day of Apple cider vinegar not sure if it helped or not but I did it and hated it lol.
