just wondering what everyone's experience or dosage recommendations for arginine?

Usually take 5000 mgs with pre workout. Is this enough or i need more?

Why do you take it and do you feel that it's working with that aim in mind?
 
I don't take it. For some reason it seems to be a super-popular pre-workout supplement due to its claimed nitric oxide boosting benefits but looking at the research it's basically waste of money.
It's costly product and there are much better alternatives on the market with much more reasonable price.

Personally I wouldn't waste my money on it but hey it's your decision.

As far as dosing goes start with 3g first.
 
A lot of prewprkouts have it in there, and some do not. There are also other options that are probably better if you are just looking for pump benefits
