I wanted to know average spending

I am relatively new into the supplement and fitness game. I wanted to know what people are spending on average per month on health food, cycles, supplements etc. I am in the process of setting up a budget to help me purchase what I need and still live. Any help appreciated Iím trying to cut cost but also be efficient... Appreciate the help!

Before I answer this, let me qualify that you almost never need any supplements if you have a good well-rounded diet. The only supplement I'd say everyone should probably have on their daily arelsenal is creatine. All that said, my supplement budget is roughly $250 per month (for both my girlfriend and I). Most of it could be eliminated, I am sure, but I can spare the income. As far as my food budget, I know it runs high (cost of living and food where I reside is very high), but I don't track it.

Never mind what we use, which might differ from your requirements, tell us what you're gonna use and see if we can't help that way.

I domt use much supplements. My cost per month is probably around 75$ a month. But my grocery costs are pretty high.

hard for me to answer this as I do the food shopping in my household and I cycle my food and diet frequently. we do spend a lot of $$$ on food though in this game. back when i was going heavy and hard at the gym my food bill was super high cause i was consuming a lot more protein.. on the flipside when i do a prolong fast it saves me a fortune in $$$. i think i only spend $200 that month on food
