B-COMPLEX dose question

I see different opinions on this, I will include b-complex in my supplement stack and I would like to know the proper dose when bulking, thanks.
 
You can buy a B-complex as either a B100 or a B50 supplement.

For a man - get the B100.
For a female - get the B50.

B-vitamins are water soluble so there is no risk of developing toxicity symptoms from over dosing on them. B-vitamins are very important for energy production. I would take the B-complex with your pre-workout meal each day. On rest days, take it with breakfast.
 
I agree with Muskate, this is the Dosage I've been taking since the 70's.

I thing I will add, don't get the Time-Released B-Complex.

Cause they won't all get absorbed, as they don't stay in the Small Intestine long enough.................... JP
