Honestly the idea that it's 'confusing' somehow is horse crap. EVERY damn doc that does this gives you a jab. Loads of older people get one every 3 months and the weeks before they feel their ass dragging. But within days of the jab their pep is back. Never a pill.

Any debate, such as it is, almost certainly stems from probability of the pill (and esp the the form) vs from food. Much better in actual food. You WILL see it in pills (it's in products we recommend) but again... as a part of an overall formula for the same reasons as above. NOT on its own
