    Back spasms

I had a tough workout yesterday. I am now getting back spasms and they are really bothering me. Can I take something to help with this ?

Besides what Mobster said: massage, stretching/foam rolling and adequate hydration.

you probably pulled a muscle too much

everytime we workout we technically pull a muscle because muscle fibers rip, in this case you ripped it too much. just rest. 'taking something' does not speed up healing, it actually inhibits it. you can feel better with ice or heat but i wouldn't take any drugs
Now taking clients for 1 on 1 consults via skype. contact me I can help you

If all of that fails, see a physician.
