    BCAA’s

    Is there any reason post work-out BCCA's need to be taken alone or can they just be taken with immediate post work-out meal?

    You don't need any bcca for post workout but if you already buy this stuff then you can take it post or intra workouts ,

    if you found someone in the desert walking who had been lost for days would you give them a BCAA? of course you wouldn't.. the first thing you would do is get them to a hospital where they can hydrate and rest. THAT is what you need post workout. this myth that you need some special supplement or to slam protein after a workout is BS pushed by supp companies

    If you are unable to go home and eat a proper meal then I guess a BCAA is an option but definitely not the best choice.

    I definitely agree with Stevesmi and Masonic, food is your best option if nothing else just get some decent protein into you doesnt have to be BCAAS I used to be a Nutritionist and supplement store owner. BCAAS have their uses but not required after workout.

    You can take BCAAs with a meal or by themselves. Either way works
