    BCAA’s

    should I be taking BCAA pills?
    i work out 5 days a week (and want to get big lol)
    and take creatine and protein shakes before and after work outs.
    also those animal pak vitamins in the morning lol.

    Unless your diet is woefully inadequate, the no you don't need BCAAs. You don't need protein shakes either, real whole foods are better. Creatine is a great addition though.

    There's no reason to take BCAA. I was also thinking it is a great supp, but it is not.

    i took bcaa for a while and i felt like i should not, but i learnt for my future.
    it pumps your for a while, then if you stop taking it your great body is not that great anymore

    Working out so much won't get you big. You must get sleep, you must relax and give your body time to heal and grow! No need for bcaa however
